Well this is my first time at blogging so please bare with me!!
As you can see I am swimming the channel on 1st August 09 and have just got back from a Swim Trek Long Distance sea swim training in Gozo, Malta. Boy it was really difficult but I learned SO much and the other participants and guides / coaches were brilliant! More to follow....
